We are looking for an Program Assistant to support the program’s leadership and cohort experience managers in the day-to-day internal and external operations.

    Our Catalyst participants are on the forefront of innovative, community-led organizations and empowering individuals to transform their lives. These high-performing executives come together as a cohort for 6-months to assess how they might grow, scale or replicate their unique models.

    Our Catalyst Program team is a high-energy team making a unique impact through educational programs—and we need you. The Program Assistant will support the Program Lead in maintaining high-quality program operations and stakeholder management. Through a combination of administrative support and special projects, you’ll drive impact by increasing team effectiveness.  

     

     

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Provide administrative support to the Catalyst Program Lead and Cohort Experience Managers
    • Manage scheduling and coordinate activities such as travel, conferences, and team activities
    • Develop processes, templates and standards for cohort communications
    • Understand the communication needs of our executive leaders and create tailored, individualized materials
    • Process invoice payments and expense reports
    • Assess administrative needs and make decisions to allocate resources accordingly
    • Drive process improvements for communication with team members, executive leaders and internal stakeholders Support knowledge management and documentation of program operations and best practices
    • Coordinate event logistics for program and networking events
    • Collaborate across teams to ensure that key deliverables and timelines are met  

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring the Organization

    • Commitment to the purpose, values, and operating principles that inform Stand Together’s work
    • Genuine passion and interest in the development of leaders and their organizations
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to write and present information for a diverse set of audiences
    • High degree of humility, integrity, and professionalism
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency
